Hi, I am Celia! Colleagues call me the human solar power and if you work with me, you will find out why this is so. As a social anthropologist with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, I’ve always loved to combine different worlds and fields. My postgraduate studies for International cooperation for sustainable development prepared me to design and lead projects and build strategic partnerships at seecon.

The love story with seecon started in 2018 during a collaboration in a mainstreaming climate project in my previous job. I was impressed by the variety of topics, regions and skills that seecon covers. At seecon, you learn fast, you grow fast and you never get bored. I had the opportunity to acquire a variety of knowledge and skills in a short time. What I love most about being a trainer and coach is to watch people grow and become part of the journey of young, inspiring people who want to contribute to a more sustainable and water-secure world.

In one day at seecon, you can coach a water start-up from Rwanda, develop a new crazy project idea with a partner in Albania, do research for a new factsheet on financing mechanisms, write a proposal on marine litter prevention and in parallel plan your next (online) workshop on integrity management with water utilities in Bangladesh.
